Cancellation Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. Arrival at the 11th minute or later will result in cancellation. You are encouraged to rebook. Deposits are required for bookings and go towards your service. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable for late arrivals, cancellations and no-shows. Cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in the paid deposit receiving eligibility to be transferred. There will be a 24 hour time period allotted for your transfer date and time to be selected. Your transfer date must be within 14 days of the original appointment. Failure to reschedule within the allotted timeframes will result in the deposit being forfeited. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Once an appointment is canceled the deposit is forfeited.
